Returns & Refund Policy

Great time and care is put into selecting each item sold on Juzzitup. We aim to provide our customers with products of good quality. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please email us at support@juzzitup.com within 30 days upon receipt to initiate the return process.

Return & Refund Policy:

You have 30 days to initiate the return process, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned: dresses, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories.

All sale items (30% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned. Items marked clearance are non-returnable.

All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

Items that are damaged as a result of misuse, or wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable. 

Return Process:

Please contact us and indicate the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect items, please send us a picture of the problem.

We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. 

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. 

Please do not send your return to the address on your package an address will be provided.
 
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 30-day time frame.
